Arena Offices, Winnersh, Berkshire

The £6 million project will provide re-imagined office space over three floors and comprising 50, 000 sq ft in total. Designed by award winning architects Western Design Architects, they have created a new generation of office space located around an impressive central glass pod.

Their brief was to create light filled, safe workspaces where teams can gather together safely to create their best ideas. Arena’s desire to provide exceptional, inspirational office spaces is delivered by London based interior designers, Holmes Interiors.

Using the latest concepts in flexible working, the centre includes state of the art business lounges, social distanced work pods and vibrant meeting rooms in a working environment that provides creativity, collaboration and community. TEC provided Structural Engineering services for the new feature reception area and internal refurbishment.
