Refurbishment of the existing Paddock Bar

This project at Salisbury Racecourse was to modernise, refurbish and improve the existing facilities of the very popular Paddock Bar.

The works included modernisation of the external envelope by introducing a new fibre cement grey cladding system to all elevations and a new highly insulated roof. The full width bi-folding doors to the frontage now allows the racegoers improved circulation and uninterrupted views of the Parade Ring with the new bound gravel hard standings and the raised, enclosed decking area again improving views across the course.

Internally has been transformed with a larger and more modern bar area incorporating improved circulation space, additional resting places for customers to stand and enjoy their drinks and new toilet facilities.
