TEC Ltd were engaged by Pierfront Developments to provide civil and structural engineering services for this landmark development on the East Cliff of Bournemouth. The project included alterations and refurbishment of a former hotel into apartments and the construction of new mews houses to the rear of the site.
The development is comprised of:-

Voyager House, Poole
A new development comprising two additional storeys on top of an existing building in the heart of Poole town centre. TEC Ltd provided all structural and civil engineering services utilising REVIT to produce a 3D model. Several apartments have wrap around balconies with stunning views.
