The building was originally the army officers’ cricket pavilion and the colonial style is historically important to Bordon and its military past, which was highlighted in the design code. It was therefore the vision of the project to keep to that historic military theme. TEC Ltd provided structural engineering and temporary works design on this project.

Whitehill & Bordon

Providing new infrastructure and amenity areas for one of the largest developments in the south of England.

TEC Ltd have provided engineering design services on this project since 2017, providing new infrastructure and amenity areas for one of the largest developments in the south of England.

Working with Mildren Construction, under a design and build agreement with Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company (WBRC), we have successfully completed the design for the upper and lower town squares which will be the heart of the new town centre development. We have also provided design services for alterations to existing buildings, external landscaping, king post retaining walls, foul and storm drainage.
